Hospitality: Front Office Management 16 units
Description:
The purpose of Front Office Management Certificate (FOM) is to educate and train students to find gainful employment as a front desk, guest service agent, and night auditor. Through classroom education and training in a simulated environment, our students will gain hands-on job experience improving the likelihood of employment and increased salary placement.
Program Student Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this certificate, the student will be able to:
1. Demonstrate analytical, quantitative, and computer skills necessary to work in the hospitality field.
2. Apply necessary skills required for managing the complex human interactions and communications that take place in the hospitality industry.

Internships - Preparing For Employment
It is strongly recommended that a student not currently working in the hospitality industry complete an internship. An internship provides you with an opportunity for real-world, hands-on, pre-employment work experience and a chance to make those important employment contacts.
